This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds related to the services offered on the Look10x.com. 1. Applicability: This policy applies to all services provided by Look 10x through the Website.

2. Cancellations: (a) Appointment Cancellations: If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us one hours' notice in advance. Failure to do so will disallow you to opt for Free Consultation offer in future. (b) Service Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an appointment, you must notify us at least one hour before the scheduled appointment. The next slot will be given to you as per your convenience failing to do so will disallow you to opt for free appointment offer in future.

3. Refunds: (a) Refund Eligibility: There are no refunds on any products purchased from us unless it is supported by a Medical document by an authorised Medical practitioner. (b) Non-Refundable Services: Some services, such as used products, courier charges may be non-refundable once they have been provided, regardless of medical documents. (d) Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us through our Contact Us page. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5 business days using the original payment method after the reception of products. Please note that products should be sealed and should not be damaged.

4. No-Shows: If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, you may not be eligible for a free consultation offer later on.

5. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an appointment, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your new appointment date and time, subject to availability.

6. Exceptions: In certain circumstances, such as medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we may make exceptions to this policy. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have a valid reason for requesting an exception.
