Failure to do so will disallow you to opt for Free Consultation offer in future. (b) Service Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an appointment, you must notify us at least one hour before the scheduled appointment. The next slot will be given to you as per your convenience failing to do so will disallow you to opt for free appointment offer in future.

3. Refunds: (a) Refund Eligibility: There are no refunds on any products purchased from us unless it is supported by a Medical document by an authorised Medical practitioner. (b) Non-Refundable Services: Some services, such as used products, courier charges may be non-refundable once they have been provided, regardless of medical documents. (d) Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us through our Contact Us page. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5 business days using the original payment method after the reception of products. Please note that products should be sealed and should not be damaged.
